The first place where I got to encounter Blue Door Cafe was a morning stroll that I was having alone in Khan Market. I came to visit on a cold morning and was offered with the view of beautiful greenery and the birding of singing birds. Outside sitting in the cafe was a refreshing experience. Cafe Tesu is a cafe in Defence Colony that opens at 8 AM. The interior of the cafe is sparsely decorated with minimalism and the gentle sound of jazz music offered a soothing atmosphere on my visit. I ordered their avocado toast special and cold brew coffee. The toast was very ripe and the coffee was lightly finished. The calm atmosphere of the cafe also predisposed it as a good place to read or have casual meetings. Cafe Tesu is a friendly place to be whether you need to spend some time with friends or you just need to have a quiet place to kick off your day.

Di Ghent Cafe is located in Phase 4, DLF, Gurgaon and it opens at 8 AM. I headed there on a Sunday morning when people are relaxing and got attracted by the interiors of the cafe which were inspired by Belgium decoration. There was a smell of freshly made baked food. I have chosen their eggs benedict and cappuccino. The eggs were poached to the perfection and the cappuccino had the rich, velvety consistency. The atmosphere of the cafe was very welcoming because of the wooden furniture and the low lighting which made it a place to unwind. Di Ghent Cafe is a European and European-style dining place in the middle of Gurgaon and a place that people cannot afford to miss in their breakfast.

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop situated in the Connaught Place that opens at 7:30 AM. As I was visiting, the freshly ground coffee beans made me welcome. The cafe was also industrial-chic with bare walls, brick and metal furniture. I ordered their pour-over coffee with their banana bread. The coffee was strong and the banana bread was juicy and delicious. Cafe environment was relaxed, and it was the best place to single-handedly reflect or meet friends. Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop that provides premium coffee experience, which is why it is popular with coffee lovers.
Roots Cafe in the Park Sector 29, Gurgaon.
The cafe, known as Roots, is situated in the Sector 29, Gurgaon and it opens at 8 AM. I came one morning when it was very windy and I was welcomed by seeing people take their meal in the shade of trees. The outdoor sitting at the cafe was a refreshing experience. I got their masala omelette sandwich and fresh juice drink. The sandwich was a good one, and the juice very cool. The relaxed atmosphere and natural environment of the cafe also made it an ideal choice in the morning or personal reflection. The contemporary Indian dishes and peaceful atmosphere at the cafe were a calming experience when I visited the place. I ordered their dal chawal arancini and a box of masala chai. The arancini was crunchy outside and mushy inside and the chai was a perfect combination of spices. The serene environment offered in the cafe made it a good place to relax or have informal interactions. Cafe Lota is a restaurant with a one-of-a-kind experience of combining modernity and traditions.
